This episode hits me emotionally every time. I was so pissed at Karofsky for what he put Kurt through in season two, and at first I wanted him to know what it felt like, but when it actually happened, I felt so bad for him. However, I love that he and Kurt had that chance to talk and connect.

This episode is definitely one of my favs. That karofsky scene is so emotional along with Mr Schue telling the kids about his sui*ide attempt. Then to end like that with Quinn😩 When the episode first aired we had to wait 2 months to watch the next one.

Definitely one of my favorite episodes. It had me in tears. It hit home for me bc im a closeted masculine gay guy and ive felt so alone not being able to be myself and have hit those low points. Glee has those silly moments but episodes like this showed that they also knew how to hit the hard topics too

One of my all-time favorite episodes. Looking back on it, I wish they did focus more on Karofsky, and not just how Karofsky's attempt affected everyone else.

That Kurt/Karofksy hospital moment is one of the most emotional scenes of the entire show. Never fails to make me cry. Besides that scene, this episode is very overrated IMO. They used Karofsky’s plot line as a catalyst for Finchel to get married and I didn’t like that at all.
