I agree that the director feels evil, almost cartoonishly evil. I think the writers wanted to establish her as someone to be very easy to hate. I think it's a solid episode, but nothing too special. I did very much like that the two "GRETA"s felt relieved to get the intersect out, and showing us that they were programmed to act like emotionless robots, in theory. It also made them and us realize just how big of a strain the intersect can be on someone, again pointing at the fact that Chuck's brain is special.
