That is what his thigh looks like all the time, that is the damage and missing muscle that causes his pain generally. But the increase in pain he has been experiencing was psychological. I think the thing on age is an interesting one. It is about the strange and hypocritical attitudes to sex throughout society and media, and was supposed to be a bit uncomfortable. Maybe it doesn't land perfectly today, just because it has changed a little bit more since (although there are still points to be taken). But at the time, and for a while before, the highly sexual teen models and pop stars were heavily marketed and very normal.

I love this episode, it's so memorable. The case was a fascinating story into the darker side of fame and modelling. And I think its still the case today. But there were so many twists in this one its crazy. So many unexpected developments. I am sure that you read the other comments by now but the leg looking the way it looks gives you a new perspective on what House is going through, doesn't it? Also House this episode is just being House, making fun of fucked up things that he has no control over. It's his MO. So the case explained: depending on chromosomes the guy has more testosterone and the girl more estrogen. In this case she was born a male but because of an anomaly she was immune to testosterone (which helps development in men and helps descend the testicle on the outside) therefore the testicle remained inside, got cancer and were confused on scan as being ovaries. So what happens is that they will remove her testicle and she will be a girl just without ovaries (therefore unable to have kids).

yes its his phone hes a popular guy, you could stick to the youtube versions where he has to cut out like 30 mins of video im sure he cuts out most of his phone checking. Ive seen other reactors get texts and calls but they at least pause the video. Surprised he doesnt think its bad how often he does it. As much as we like to think we can multitask ive been doing it long enough that i know when im reading im not listening. Its no wonder he misses so much of whats going on. Ive had friends on discord who have to repeat themselves because they were talking and sorry was reading an email so not paying attention at all

Houses muscle was partially removed through surgery in season 1 episode 21 it showed flashbacks of it. So that's why it looks so dented.
