I give this episode a 9. I really enjoy it a lot, and upon the big twist reveal in the end when learning that Candy isn't the bimbo she was pretending to be all along, it made me love her character and this episode that much more. It's just a lot of fun. :)

When Lucifer said to Candy that he was trying not to, he meant what Amenadiel said. He did use Candy as a shield so that Chloe would move on, but he was also trying not to screw his "friendship/partnership" up.
