Fun fact: The two random news producers talking to Sue were Barry Bostwick and Meat Loaf who played Brad and Eddie in the original Rocky Horror Picture Show movie. Also yeah the whole Will interfering with Emma's relationship is getting old.

Your ears are correct, that was indeed Naya/Santana in the beginning. 👍 Schuester's storylines pretty much always bored me, so I'm with ya there. I've never been much of a fan of Rocky Horror, but the music is pretty great.

Yeah this episode is definitely one of my least favorites of the season. It’s not bad but I’m not really a Rocky Horror fan (although the music & performances were really good this ep) & I also don’t like Will, so I pretty much hate all his storylines lol.

This is very possibly the worst episode for Will in all 6 seasons of Glee. But in fairness (not to his behavior) but to what the show has shown. Will has had strong feelings towards Emma for a while, almost the whole first season including when he was married. And as for Shelby, Emma pretty much had put the breaks on them having a relationship until his divorce was final. So he hooked up with Shelby and , let April sleep in the bed with him (I don't think we were supposed to think anything intimate happened there). And of course Emma then called him out for being a slut during that time period. But we also saw Emma definitely making moves on Will a married man. Both are equally wrong (even if Teri was not a good person). But what makes this the worst for Will's part is he used his kids to try and get close to Emma. Will usually (when he does something stupid, like trying to get Coach Bieste to leave) has his kids at heart, This and the Brittany school performance are really good examples of Will doing something stupid and involving the kids in it.

I am still upset to this day that we didn’t get to see mike chang as frank n furter, but mercedes absolutely killed her solo so we still won either way (also he was able to be in that last performance bc they were just doing that song for them and not in front of an audience). Everyone hates how will treats emma likes she’s a prize to be won. He views this as a competition between him and carl, like a literal game over a living person. I can’t think of a single person that likes his storyline this episode. I didn’t mind the finn storyline this episode but it definitely could’ve been executed better. It could’ve been a really impactful storyline of how even guys feel insecure, but sadly they gave half of this episode to will’s ridiculous thing

I love the song "Touch-a, Touch me" but it just made me incredibly uncomfortable in this episode, the issue with Schue aside, the song takes place between Rocky and Janet. In the play, Rachel is supposed to be playing Janet, which means that Schue was gonna do that song with his underage student 🤢

Watching this episode to see your reaction but this to me is normally a skip episode when doing rewatches alone. Not a Rocky Horror fan, so not a fan of this episode or the music.

I actually LOVE Rocky Horror and I think they did a great job on the songs...there was a throw away joke in here when Sue said "the audience threw bread at her and her disabled sister" that is one of the items you're supposed to throw at the screen at the midnight showing

I personally love this episode because I am a huge fan of Rocky Horror. The schuester storyline is a little cringy but they did a decent job with the songs. You should check out the movie. I really enjoyed you digging the songs and doing some shoulder work lol

Why is it, rewatching Glee as an adult, sometimes I feel like Sue is a better educator than Will? Not always cuz she can be horrific but she was better than him this episode for sure.
