Fun fact they actually had a stuntman jump the bus..it wasn’t cgi (they did means they gap look bigger than it was but still very cool) love this movie

I think you should watch Speed 2. I enjoyed it but not as much as Speed. But i cant tell you why Speed 1 was better because that would be spoiling.

Loved your reaction. Speed represents everything glorious about 90's action movies. Cheesy lines, bad acting, over-the-top physics-defying stunts and explosions. What more could you ask for! Why does no one talk about Speed 2? No Keanu. "Yeah, but I'm taller" is such a Joss Whedon line (he did an un-credited re-write on this). Sarah Michelle Gellar could've sold it. 😂 Most importantly, YES, you should absolutely react to the John Wick movies!!!

I don’t even really love action movies but Speed is one that I love. It’s just a lot of fun. After Die Hard there were tons of knock off movies with the different tag lines of “die hard on a ...). Of all of those I think this is the best one (it’s die hard on a bus). The stuff on the bus is all gold. The stuff after drags a little bit for me but it’s all about the bus. This is Sandra Bullocks breakout movie and I think both her and Keanu are very charming and while Reeve’s performance might be a little cheesy at times I think Bullock is legit very good in the role.

1) I hope you'll watch Speed 2. Not as good, but definitely watchable. 2) About "I've already seen the airport" line from "Cameron". It was supposed to be a joke (and quite funny in my opinion) - poor guy is in such shock that he is "complaining" that the bus with the bomb is taking him to places he's already seen on his tour. If you look at that scene again - watch Ortis's facial expression. 3) I think Keanu and Sandra are amazing actors and did a fantastic job, even with cheesy lines.

Speed and the Lethal Weapon movies were my favorite action movies growing up. For an even younger Keanu checkout Bill & Ted...he will always be Ted to me🎸🎤🎶

??? the jump scene wasn't fake! they just made the gap bigger, but the bus and everything else was real.

I haven’t watched this in years and still loved it. I’d forgotten some parts. Like I totally forgot about Annie getting taken and the whole subway scene. Now if you want to see Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves in another great movie, watch The Lake House. I absolutely love that movie and have it on dvd. It is a totally different genre.
