Okay. So about the money thing. You kind of have to understand Michael and Lincoln NEED as much of it as they can get so they can disappear. Even though we like Ben, he is something very different to Michael and Lincoln. He blackmailed his way into the escape in the first place and he, and michael and lincoln just dont like each other. Michael doesn't trust him. T-Bag? They ain't sharing shit with him, in fact Michael and Lincoln want him back in prison. He's a murder and a pedophile. I sure as shit wouldn't share money with him. And tweener was a rat who nearly destroyed the whole escape last season. Bottom line. Michael has mo reason to share the reward with people who forced their way into his plan. Aside from Sucre. Michael has no emotional attachment to any of these guys no matter how much WE as an audience might like them. I feel you harp on the money thing to much when Michael has more than enough reason not to trust any of these guys. Except Sucre (who only knows about the money because of Ben too)

I'm gonna play Devil's Advocate here and say if I were Michael I wouldn't split the money. The original plan was just supposed to be Michael and Lincoln breaking out of prison but the plan got thrown so far off course they picked up a damn conga line of personalities along the way. My thinking would be I got them out and they're on their own. Westmoreland told Michael about the money and no one else why would he want to keep himself associated with anybody BUT his brother once they jumped the wall? It may sound selfish but I'm with Michael on this one.

I get that you like to see the other characters and their storylines but the show is about Michael and Lincoln. FYI this season is fast paced so this is season is more than just getting away/escaping

It’s not about Micheal wanting to keep all the money for himself, first of all from his point of view the other guys are criminals and cannot be trust, aside perhaps Sucre, he’s worried that they gonna steal all the money; secondly part of the money should be sent to Westmoreland’s daughter and her family, as Micheal promised to him before he died. Of course that sucks because the other characters have grown on you as well, but to Micheal, he doesn’t owe them anything, all it matters is his brother.
