a Buffy and an Angel in one day. You are spoiling us!

onehub worked okay for me.

35:22 I rate this episode highly for this scene here. It shows the slightest misunderstanding. When Gunn is reaching back he is looking for the axe/weapon to use on Divak, but Divak says "The Big Bad Gunn", so Cordy gives Gunn five instead of the weapon....hahahaha

I am not a huge fan of the episode overall but love the scene after the right where they are all licking their wounds. Nice to see that post fight pain.

Onehub worked great. I watch on my phone, so it might be different for someone who watches it on the computer. I usually prefer Dropbox, but it actually took less steps to watch on Onehub. I had no issues :)

This is one of those average episodes with some great moments sprinkled throughout it. Andy Hallett really was a great singer.

Tried onehub again. Worked perfectly. :) Seems like a nice option. Will keep using this site since it works well and doesn't need the password.

Sadly this is the last episode with the David character. You nailed it that he was to be the sort of money man, that would help fund Angel Investigations and help them navigate the legal world against Wolfram and Hart, but the actor's schedule kept conflicting with appearing on the show so the writer's stopped Writing scenes for him. Which is sad because I think it would have been a really cool character moving forward and probably would have changed the dynamic of the show if they could have kept him.

I think the main point of this episode was to strengthen Gunn's connections to the team, so sticking with him Cordelia for the duration was the most entertaining way to go about that. For the most part, I think it worked, but I agree this episode is mostly forgettable.

He really was. I read an article that stated that he was ashamed to sing until he attended a Patti LaBelle concert, and she invited him onstage. When he heard applause and was surrounded by fans wanting to take photos with him, that was his first validating moment for him. I searched YouTube for it but couldn't find it (although there are some great videos). If anyone can find it, please link it.

This guy looks familiar. *looks it up* Edwin Hodge, brother of Aldis Hodge (Leverage). That explains it.

this was a good episode for gunn's character development, but also for cordy's. the way she refused to give up on him and was determined to stick by his side and protect him throughout the episode was super endearing and kind of adorable. cordy has come such a long way since her sunnydale high days.

I didn’t love this one the first time I watched through the show. I wasn’t attached enough to Gunn to care that much about his story and the Darla stuff kind of frustrated me. But I’ve grown to really like it. The Darla stuff is a slow burn for sure but it does make sense once you get the whole picture. And now I do find the Gunn stuff fairly powerful especially when he says his sisters name. You can tell how wrecked with guilt he is over what happened to her. And Cordelia has some amazing moments to. It’s still not one of my favs or anything but I do find it pretty solid overall.

When Gunn calls Wesley "C3PO" I can't help but laugh every time lmao

SweetSummit

It's not a fantastic episode. I got big "Dude Where's Your Car" feelings about it, what with David Denman and it literally being about finding a car. And also Wes saying "So....where's your car?"

I don't think it would be fair to hold that against this episode, it came out months before that movie and was filmed months before that.
