I have not seen either the show or your reaction (not even heard of it until today) but I read on Facebook a critisism that three out of five of the inhabitants are not the slighliest weirded out by a house where magical keys exist. Is this a correct criticism?

I loved locke and key. The magic is used in a very unique way in this series. It took me about a day and a half to watch the whole series. I'm looking forward to seeing your reaction to it!

I got so excited whenI saw you were reacting to this show, and it makes me really happy that you were actually into the comic series first, because so was I. I first read them several years ago and they are my absolute favorite. I’ve recommend them to a lot of people and I remember having a conversation a few year ago about how it would be cool if they made movies or a TV series based on the graphic novels, but I couldn’t quite see how they would do it when they have a little kid in the cast and little kids age to noticeably to star in a series that would last for a few years. But I think they are just splitting the books up into two seasons, so that’s why the pacing is accelerated. I changed my pledge to $10 just so I could watch your full reactions to this btw. I was already following your reactions to Prison Break, Buffy, and Dexter though. 😁

Joe Hill is a fan of Doctor who and had several scripts he wanted to pitch to the BBC and they basically said "We would never let an American write for our show and if we did we certainly wouldnt start with you" Damn..... well that mentality gives you an idea of where who is going. Some people think an american version of who would be so bad but the biggest complaint of doctor who is how cheesy, campy, british it is. All the british elitists talking shit about american tv while they have very few shows worth a damn and even those are pretty cringe. Hell we got the vastly superior version of the office

I had never heard of this in comics or otherwise but saw the trailer on Netflix and thought it looked interesting. Actually loved it and am glad you have reactions for it. The mirror scene creeped me out. Cant wait to see more!
