The title is a take on "Room with a view". Meaning her room as a high view through windows.

Rm w/a Vu is simply classified ad speak for Room with a View... this shorthand was seen back when you had to pay by the letter to run your ad in the classified section of the newspaper. People came up with creative ways to say what they wanted in as few letters as possible so they didn't have to spend a fortune. :)

It is a Roman Monkey with a vulcan, it was an un-filmed Star Trek episode, made with squirrels and monkeys......Spock did not approve.

31:35 - not every resident of that apartment was killed. I'm sure there were more than 3 in all that time. I think only young single women that lived there were killed by the ghost.

The way I understood it, was the ghost only appeared to people she thought was there to take her Phantom Denis away, so I hope you are right.....hahahaha

Also, when Cordelia and Doyle were first looking at the place, the real estate lady said that the previous tenant just broke their lease. I'm sure lots of people broke their leases over the years, because if any of that ghostly stuff happened to me (even the "tame" stuff Cordelia went through before the ghost started getting homicidal), I'd have noped myself right out of there - even if I had to pay the penalty for breaking the lease early.

I love that they're playing that old song, "You Always Hurt the Ones You Love" in the background while the old lady is bricking up her son into a wall. lol

A little late, but Dennis’s mom is played by Beth Grant, who is one of my favorite character actresses. She was the bus passenger in “Speed” who tried to get off the bus and was blown up. She also played Dennis Quaid’s mom in The Rookie. I heard her recently on Leonard Maltin’s podcast, and she was a very fun interview there.
