It was a 3 day "get to know you" weekend. In that time Veronica proved Troy innocent, outed the Pi Sigs to the Dean of students and let administration know they had a serial rapist on campus. Finding that rapist would take much longer than just 3 days. She did more than most could've in that time. Cliff and the handcuffs is classic. Lamb with Madison is disturbing. I could say more but I feel like it's all spoilery so I'll just end here.

It’s really more that they didn’t acknowledge through specific dialogue that they didn’t solve the rape crimes. But as mentioned above, this plot is continued!

Yeah like everyone said, this story is coming back. An ok episode, all in all. Not too great not too bad.

You kept asking why the rapist shaved their heads and I think you have to remember that many rapists don't rape for sexual gratification. Well, they do but because that sexual gratification is tied to power over another human and dehumanization so the head shaving thing fits with that criminal profile. I am glad they didn't solve this case in the episode, it wouldn't feel real to how difficult solving cases like this is.
