Thank you again for another fantastic episode reaction for Person of Interest!!! Things are heating up! :) I really enjoyed this episode a lot. I love the growing dynamic between Reese and Carter, as well as their constant banter back and forth as they disagree with how Reese handles things to help these people. I can understand why Carter is hesitant and disagrees with Reese framing the bad guys, since she is after all a detective who is loyal to the law. However, I also understand and love why Reese deals with the bad guys he stops to protect people as he does too. Because most of them has loopholes in the law and use people that can't be traced back to them to do their dirty work for them. They know how to get around the law, making it so the police can't stop them so easily. Reese and Finch does whatever it takes to protect these people and I love seeing everything they do to bring these bad guys down. I also really enjoyed this episode's "person of interest" and I like the lawyer's drive to give her clients a second chance despite her own struggles in life. She's a good woman. Also, I'm really happy that you brought up how you like that Reese doesn't always win every fight he gets into. I agree with you. It's great because him losing from time to time makes him more human and less like a superhero. Plus... Reese is still recovering from having been shot two episodes ago and I appreciate that they make a point to bring this up again. And then... I also really like the side storyline between Finch and his best friend's son, Will. I like seeing a little more of Finch's past come out and it's sad to me that while Will sees Finch as his Uncle, he hardly knows Finch for who he really is. But then I also liked how Will has discovered that his father had sold something priceless, which we know to be the Machine, to the government for $1.00 and that he's now looking into it so he can learn about why his father might have really died. Oh... and I also enjoyed that Reese asked Fusco to watch Finch, clearly not just so he can learn more about his employer, but so that he can help to protect Finch too. Reese is worried about him. Thank you again, so much! You're amazing!! Until tomorrow night for your next reaction...

There are no spoilers in my comments. We know that Reese cares about Finch and that he wants to protect him. He's also suspicious about his past too. After all... Reese is protecting himself and being the suspicious man he is, it's only right that he would need to know more about who he works for. We also already know from a previous episode that Finch and Nathan sold the Machine to the government for $1.00. And this episode hinted that what's to come in this storyline as it is. I'm only reiterating what we already know.

Excellent reaction - they said it netted a quarter of a million a month - they're doing it to lots of parolees and adding numbers of kids each time - and each time they do it adds to the total montlly revenue. They'd only have to rack up about 300 kids in the system, of which probably 250 are fictional - done across a few years, it could mount up to that.
