Recieved email from CBS, they have given me some rules I need to follow to put the videos up on YouTube and get my strike removed.

Blind Wave is putting only their review on you tube with a link in the description to Vimeo for the reaction. Sounds like a lot of work though :(

There is no 10 minute guideline and fair use is very vague in its standard. Making it hard for people to fight against when you might actually be using it appropriately. Good luck.

yah, man im sorry, but u might have to either stop, or do it patreon only, because you really dont want to mess with CBS, they are not reasonalbe at all, i have seen many youtubers unable to do their shows and stop after a few episodes.....

Redirects to the video on another source might be the best way. Blind wave redirect to vimeo. It would be more work but also it would remove the need to edit the episode reaction. You could just put up the full reaction without editing (which saves time that way).
