Jim deserves better than Pam. I would ship them if she didn’t have a fiancé. I hate that she clearly likes Jim, but she’s still with another man. I have very little respect for her at this point.

I think you have a really good question about if Pam and Jim are like the mean kids in school. Sometimes I think they are. Other times I think they stand up to the bullies. IDK...

I've just been catching up on these episodes since I joined in on patreon, so someone else may have pointed this out already, here or on youtube, but I LOVE that this episode shows a hint of how Michael ended up the boss. He's a brilliant salesman with a very good rapport with customers, and really good salesmen aren't necessarily good at management, but still frequently get promoted because they are good at the jobs they currently have. He's not the worst boss of all time by any means, but he's definitely a better salesman than he is a manager, and was very likely promoted to a job very much outside his strengths.
