east blue arc doesn't end at 50 but 50 and 51 are filler. 54-61 are also filler but half way through 61 they reach the entrance to the grind line where the alabasta arc starts.

Dub is fine sometimes way better than the sub like panty and stocking or black lagoon but they do have it harder since they have to make what they say match to the already animated mouth. Example the official dub of ghost stories is the greatest dub of all time no one liked the original anime so they gave up and when it was time to do the dub the english voice actors were given free reign to say whatever they wanted as long as it matched the lips and they went insane anyone that actually read this long ass thing youtube "Greatest anime dub in history" lol
