Got A Question About Show (Kinda) Schedules (Patreon)

How's it going ladies and gentleman. So I've got a few questions I wanted to ask and a few ideas that I want to kind of run by you. So as many of you know if you've been here for a while and for those that are new, I don't really keep a regular schedule on the channel. I try to keep a schedule but miss sometimes, I try to make sure that I get shows and videos out on the proper days and consistently and try to make sure that I get you guys the content as quickly as possible. But I've got a few questions I wanted to ask and see what you guys thought of these ideas.

The First Couple Are YouTube Related.

1) Do you like the separation of the videos? Example: Buffy on Monday and Friday, One Piece once a day Mon-Friday, etc.....

2) Would you prefer I Release videos all at once? Example: Buffy would release 2 videos on the same day but those would be the Two episodes for that week. And you wouldn't see another Buffy until the same time next week where you get next two episodes, Bleach would be the 3 Episodes for that week would release on one day. One Piece would more than likely be 2 or 3 Episodes on same day twice a week, etc...

Reason - So my main thought for this would be that it would allow me not to clutter your feed with so much stuff throughout the day. Example let's say you don't like anime but you like Buffy well you would know that on the channel you just have to come on a certain day of the week to get Buffy or any live action show I do in the future. Instead of your feed being  cluttered throughout the day with shows that you have no interests In watching you know that on that day around the same time (Example 3:00pm & 3:30pm you would know Buffy were the shows that would pop up on the feed. Instead of One Piece at 10Am, Avatar 1PM. Buffy 5PM, ect...

Context - Now the same thing applies to Patreon kinda. So as many of you know I put stuff up as soon as I record it. As soon as Google Drive processes it I get it up that's when it goes up and that's when I put it on the Patron feed. But if you guys are like me, (Im a Patron of a few people) when stuff goes up I get an email notification or Patreon alert. Now for me it does not bother but considering I put stuff up sporadically which is different than other Patreons I dont ever want to feel like a bother. I just record and I put up I am not sure how many of you are bothered by the Constant notification alerts.

3) So my question would be would you prefer that I hold off putting videos up and try to put them all up at the same time? Example: Let's say I record an episode of Buffy but I know that I'm gonna record another episode of Buffy later in the day or week would you prefer that I put up the video as soon as it's going or would you prefer that I wait until I record the next one as well and then put them up together? Of course this would mean that you would get that episode that you would have dine later but you would get 2 of them together and stead of it being separated or just me posting whatever I recorded that day up. So the way this would look would be like this.


Buffy EP 4 - ________________

Buffy EP 5 - ________________

Buffy EP 6 - ________________


So all the links would go up in one post instead of different post throughout the day or days. 

Personally I like separating them out because you can comment on the post and I would know which episode you are talking about.  Everything in the comments section of that post is about that episode. But im all about doing whats best for you so just want to hear opinions.

Yes please separate the videos. 👍 As for schedule maybe your big show stay on schedule (Buffy, One Piece, etc) but the other ones do whenever you want.

Personally I’m good with whichever way makes it easier for you to keep up with your pace of 2 a week with Buffy and 4-5 a week with One Piece. Dropping a show at once does make it a little easier to know when to get content but with the tags it’s pretty easy to find what I’m looking for without scrolling or loading too much else. Realizing……Sometimes I say stuff without saying anything lol Second try: As a new patreon here I’m happy with the amount of content you put out, as far as organizing the release schedule I’m happy with whatever makes it easier for you since it doesn’t matter to me the timing of the content.

Personally, on Patreon, when you finish recording any episode, please upload it as soon as possible, unless it's a two parter or something like that of course, then you could upload the multiple parter episodes at the same time. The point is, we would stay up to date of how where you're at in the series, and we could talk about some things before moving on to the next episode of course. So please, if you're going to add record multiple episodes at the same time, then upload them, I strongly recommend you let us know ahead of time.

I like them being spread out over the week. That way I get videos to look forward to on multiple days! Honestly though, I wouldn't complain either way. I would only complain if you stopped posting them.

For Buffy, at the moment, either way is fine. Do it however it's easier for you. I don't always have time to watch as soon as the video is available, so it could happen that your next video is posted before I can comment. Later on when the show becomes more serialized (no spoiler) or when there is an important two-parter or a cliffanger, it will be more fun to have the videos released together.

Hi, you can separate the feed you see with patreon's page by show using the tags so uploading them a certain way is not necessary. If I were you, I would do it the way that is easiest to do. As for when to post what...I want Buffy all the time :), but it really doesn't matter to me if it is once a week or twice a week. Although, there are some two-parters later in the show and for those it would be nice if they were released on the same day and we did not have to wait the full week or weekend for the second part.
