Chop (Patreon)

He mad cus I haven't properly textured his nipples and penis yet 8x

SO!  Bit by bit I been working on Chop as I can, getting him all nice and blended.  He be all one piece now; down from a mishmash of 3 separate models when he was in Poser, carefully weaved together with overlapping textures, transparency maps, and PhotoShop magic.  His fur be real now too instead of just painted on thar!  And now he have a poofy tail!! 8D

His rig is the first I have made on my own that I am actually proud of XD.  I may actually rerig the Minotaur this way; they have similar bits and bobs >,,>'

Texturing at the moment tho is preliminary.  I am in the process of trying to convince Substance Painter to bake an 8K texture but at the moment I am limited to 4K...which I then 90% cover up with fur.... ó,,ò lol.  Still learning the program; the controls are a bit wonky being so used to blender 8S.  Getting the hang of it tho!

Still left to do be the aforementioned unfinished texturings, tho I may redo him again entirely when I learn more of Substance.  Got a little bit of rig work to do--eye target and maybe some grippy controls for his hands.   And most important I must figure out how to get foreskin to work in a nice way 8X that be a challenge!

In other news, had a mini panic attack when learning yesterday that the facility I am to get my injection at would be shut down due to COVID-19 concerns RIGHT ON THE DAY of my scheduled procedure date and it would be canceled.  Luckily tho an hour later I got a call that there had been a cancellation from another patient and now I will get it a day earlier than I would have originally.  ...yaaay rollercoaster \ó,,ò/
