Hello Friends.

I'm here to give you a very bad news.


Let's to the point,

My Computer just got broken. It suddenly turned off out of no reason and after many attempts still cannot get turned back on.

This computer is the only one I have and the one I use to draw too. I was in the middle of finishing Noelle art when this happened.

I'm terribly saddened and have no clue what to do.

I have backed up Rosaria and Beidou's raw files, but not their renders (PNG images). And sadly I haven't backed up Noelle and Keqing arts.

I am here login in even using phone to announce this.

I want to take the computer to repair but it will be hard to go to the repair center in this pandemic situations with restrictions and lockdowns. Not to mention I don't know if the computer will truly be back fixed into good condition or even done for.

So I'm really really really sorry that I have to postpone the rewards until my computer gets fixed. With a big note that I still have to redo Noelle and Keqing arts too.

I'm really really really really sorry for all these problems. I'm really clueless now, I don't know what to do. I was actually hyped up that next month for Chinese New Year I planned to do special giveaways, and now this even happened.


I might consider to even buy new computer so that I can get back working faster. I'll have to check my balance and see if I have enough.

I am hoping though that my computer suddenly back in good after few hours. Or hope it can be fixed easily.

If anyone here knows a fix I will be really happy to hear. The situation is that when I push the power button, the light goes on for a flash but that's it, the computer doesn't powered on. Only a flash of the power button. By the way it's not a desk computer, it's an Asus laptop.


Once again I want to say really really sorry for this.

I will try my best to solve the problems as soon as possible.

My best guess for this is a power issue. Is the wall outlet working?

Yes the outlet is working fine I tried using battery only, still same issue Tried putting out battery and do direct power adapter, still same issue

Searching for online solutions, it could be CMOS problem they said. But I don't have the courage to disassemble my laptop and try doing internal things on my own. I will try to go to Asus repair center tomorrow if it's possible (the pandemic restrictions). I hope I can go and the problem truly solved.

Again and again, I am deeply sorry for all the problems this month. With the sickness last week then now the laptop broken like this. This is not good for a start of a new year. I hope I can fix all the problems and everything goes back to normal as soon as possible.

如果电脑只是无法开机的话,你可以试着拆开电脑取下硬盘在其他电脑上读取硬盘数据,如果没有数据的话只能做数据恢复了。我会持续支持你的,祝你好运。

UPDATE: The repair process will be starting tomorrow. I hope it can be fixed as soon as possible, and hope all the data are still intact. We don't know how long the repair will take time, but this definitely will push back the schedule for delivering January rewards.

When the repair is done, I will first send Rosaria and Beidou rewards. I'm aorry due to this problem, Noelle and Keqing arts will still be in drawing process.

UPDATE: It's on repairing process, will take around 5-10 working days (slower due to pandemic). So I bought a new laptop, but since the data were in the broken laptop, might have to redo both Keqing and Noelle arts. Rosaria and Beidou have online back ups, only need to re-render the PNGs. I can probably still deliver Rosaria and Beidou on February 5 as planned, but Keqing and Noelle will be delayed possibly until February 10 due to redoing them all over again.

I also want to say thank you to all Supporters who are patience and supportive on this problem. I'm really really sorry for all these. I will do all I can to make sure all rewards be delivered as soon as close to original plan. Hope this also won't affect much for February arts too.
