OH MY GOSH. OH MY GOSH! What an episode! An absolute BELTER. I am so in love with Series 4. It's managed to surprise me, shock me, make me LAUGH, and break my heart - sometimes all at once.

Hi Julie Just 1 more call back There was a comment made by the Doctor that someone tried to move the Earth before. This is a reference to the 2nd story involving the Daleks and was broadcast in 1964. As The Doctor said a very long time ago, William Hartnell was still playing first The Doctor.  Now there were 2 films made in the 60's based on the first and second Dalek stories. The first film is called Doctor Who and The Daleks, and the second film is Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D. In the second film there is a character called Tom, A police constable who gets caught up with the Doctor' as he stumbles into the Tardis thinking it was an actual police box. Tom was played by a young Bernard Cribbins
