Oh my, this one was so interesting! The stories on Angel always have me thinking on a deeper level, often never failing to surprise me and I really liked the way this one went. Especially the ending!

I wish you good fortune in your dream to have a place to raise goats and cats(?). My sister and brother-in-law lived most of their adult lives on a small farm (120 acres) in southern Illinois. They had some riding horses and a small herd of milk goats, along with a constant stream of dogs and cats. It was a lot of work but she loved it. When they hit their 70's they sold the place and moved to a less work intense place but kept the dogs and cats. P.S. If you are in it for the milk you need to steel yourself to what happens to the baby goats, you can't keep them all. And you only need one male goat.

David, thank you for the goat-tips! Hehe!! I only want them as pets. I don't want to breed them or have milk, so maybe getting two boys or two girls is the best way 💜 I really do hope this dream comes true! I'd love to be able to achieve it before I'm 50 as I want to be able to enjoy it for a while before retiring. 120 acres in Illinois would be absolutely incredible. Wow. I can't even imagine how huge that would be! I bet there are parts of that land that they never even saw. I sometimes look at properties for sale in rural America and think it looks so amazing 🥰
