First addition: Based on what I described above, and from the information on the link provided, I suggest you the following: If you are here for the first time and became my patron with an amount of more than $ 1, for example $ 5, (I do not know what the default value patreon offers now) then please change it to $ 1 in the settings, if you become a patron with the amount of $ 5, then for each post, the patreon will charge you $ 5 per post at the end of the month. If I have done 5 works in a month, then you will pay $ 25, this is too much, but if your active pledge amount is $ 1, then patreon will accordingly take from you only $ 1 for 1 work, in this simple way you will pay only $ 5, instead of $ 25 for 5 works, there is no need to overpay, unless of course you do not want to deliberately donate the specified amount, but this is not necessary. 
Small addition: Some people have a question about what exactly they are paying for, for the post itself, or for its content. I will answer briefly, payment is made only for the post, no matter how much content it contains, 1 render, or 10 renders, you will pay only for the post marked "Paid for by patrons"(post status you can see to the left of the title of the post), no matter how much content it will contain.
