It sounds fun, but it's one of the most complex forms of karmastry that has the most aggressive forms of payback.

While most Escape Artists can easily master body augmentation as demonstrated in this image, full-body transformation is the pinnacle of this form of karmastry. This takes years to master and comes with the most risk.

Those who aren't careful risk permanently deforming their bodies, or even death.

This form of karmastry originates from the "designer" country of Paragon that has undergone a radical transformation of its landscape and even people over the last several centuries. More on them soon.
