A.R.C. Progress 19: Collar (Patreon)

Almost the same design  as in  http://www.furaffinity.net/view/19898360/

except I changed the power/data to simple gold-plate contacts, and I added 4 small spikes along the inside which can extend into the neck and deliver electric shocks if the "vibrate" mode isn't enough.  I might change the spikes so that they are rounded at the end, since, thinking about it now, the spikes would leave marks and potential injury.

Also, the shape in this model isn't perfectly round, it is mostly round with an extended, sharper front to be more neck-shaped.  All inmates and slaves must wear one of these, or more "advanced" versions for additional torture >=)  The ones shown are white for the White Zone.  The ones for the Black Zone will be black with a black screen and red lettering.  Other zones will be other colors appropriate to each zone.

As for the clunky gear train connectiong the locking bolt to the locking screws, i'll have my engineers find a more elegant solution (I.E. that part is invisible and I'm not going to give it more thought.)

I added an ARC logo over the top of the recharging port in the back, but I dont think it looks that good.  I'll either shrink the port or move the logo.
