Hellooo there there and welcome back to a new monthly tutorial! Here is March's entry!

This tutorial was sponsored by kind supporter Shadow Hyder, and it follows up on a previous tutorial about creating an original species! In this new part, we mainly focus on colors and patterns, and how they may work in terms of genetics!

This is part 2 of a tutorial we started a while back! Here is part 1! https://www.patreon.com/posts/monthly-tutorial-60259080

I love doing these tutorials, and especially tutorials focusing on a specific animal!

If you have an animal you'd like to see explored, feel free to suggest it in the upcoming Tutorial post!

Thank you so much for your support! :D

If anyone is interested in a deep dive of this concept of "speculative biology", check out Serina: the world of birds. Its SO cool. Theres also a youtuber called curious archive that talks about this sort of thing.

Small world! Super different from what Arven does but comics like theirs have been influential in my learning to also tell stories in my work!
