Chief animation correspondent Ben Clarkson returns to the show to look at the latest offering from Daily Caller’s original comedy content department, Adam Carolla’s adult cartoon Mr. Birchum. The crew wades into a miasma of poor animation, sloppy writing, gags from the (first!) Obama administration, and just a complete failure to understand its own joke or any jokes, filtered through the laziest sheen of contemporary adult animation eastern European content mills can produce. Plus, some original sleuthing on Ben’s part on the provenance of this show and its production process.

No need for the strays at Bluey Great ep

Baby truck

Fun fact about Bluey: the Australian public broadcaster the ABC (our version of the BBC) funded Bluey and owns distribution rights to it in Aus, but the UK BBC owns the global rights and has netted about $2bn from it the ABC (Aus one) didn’t buy the global rights is because the right wing gov LOVES beating up the public broadcaster (0.07c/day for each taxpayer) and saying the taxpayer shouldn’t fund the broadcaster etc and now it’s a $2bn golden goose for the Brits
