GaMetal - NES Medley IV (Patreon)

Here it is at the last minute: NES Medley IV has arrived!

Just like last year, the songs were chosen by you wonderful Patrons. Last year, my Patreon campaign was brand new and I only had around 10+ supporters. Now only a year later we're at well over 100! So this time we did a random drawing similar to how we chose songs for Mega Man Mega Medley II.

The 14 songs chosen:

1. Roving Tank (Mother / Earthbound Zero)
2. Snake Man (Mega Man 3)
3. Battle Theme (Sweet Home)
4. Butter Building (Kirby's Adventure)
5. Ganon's Lair (The Legend of Zelda)
6. Devilish Influence / Masked Devil (Ninja Gaiden)
7. Adventure (Dragon Warrior/Quest 3)
8. Scotland (DuckTales 2)
9. Cloud Ruins (Little Nemo: The Dream Master)
10. Skull Man (Mega Man 4)
11. Wart (Super Mario Bros. 2)
12. Running Around the City (River City Ransom)
13. Kraid's Lair (Metroid)
14. Airship (Super Mario Bros. 3)

Thanks a ton for everyone that participated. This year's songs were yet another fantastic set.


Tomorrow I will have an update post with my plans for September as well as a big announcement. I fell behind a little bit in August from some outside-life-related stuff but I plan on catching up with at least 4 songs in Sept. But I'll discuss everything further in the update post.

Hey, you made in time before Patreon clicked the month over! Well done on the medley again. I wanted to talk about the teaser for the Hopes and Dreams cover you're planning on doing. I like what you did with the Megalovania teaser and I thought it would be a good idea to do another special teaser like that again, considering the song that's being covered. Maybe with a text window saying "Gametal, are you there? It's me, your best friend." That would generate a lot of hyped reactions, considering the amount of Undertale fans.

Great! The other idea I had was the subscribe screen fading to white and then cutting to the scene where a certain character was facing away, back turned. No text, just that part. That alone would also generate hype.
