Is it really the weekend already?

I can’t tell if this week flew by or if it was a giant glacier. Regardless, I’m pretty happy it’s Friday.

So, first and foremost, let’s talk about “A Beautiful Place Out in the Country,” which just wrapped up this week. A huge thank you to everyone who followed along with the story - whether it was on Patreon the entire time, or if you came here from Tumblr or Daily Diapers, where the story is being posted on a delay (they won’t see the end for another month yet). This story has had an especially warm reception, and it’s been a pleasure to see the supportive comments about it here and elsewhere.

It was probably one of the longest ABDL stories I’ve written yet, with most of it getting written between October and December of last year - though most of the writing was done during a week spent away from home in a (believe it or not) cozy rural house I was staying at. I don’t want to spend much time talking about how the sausage is made, I’d rather let the story tell itself. But I will say that this was a little experiment in telling a story without much of a central conflict. My main motto throughout writing the story was: “Good vibes only.” I’m glad that many people seemed to have picked up on that and appreciated it.

Also, I owe a lot of credit to my man all4thedips, another ABDL writer who you may know from Tumblr. We’re always trading our stories back and forth to review and edit, and his extensive notes and commentary on this story helped make it, I feel, a success. Go take a look at his Tumblr, or even better, purchase some of his latest stories on Smashwords (and keep an eye on that page for even more in the future).

With that story wrapped up and out of the way, we’re moving on to the next big things. I’m pretty deep into a story now that will likely be the next long serialized story. I’ll say more about it as I’m ready to publish it. If you liked getting weekly chapters of a single story, hopefully it won’t be much longer until you get that thrill again.

Finally, I just want to say that the Create-A-Story polls for the Tier 3 patrons wrapped up today and the patrons have spoken! I’m pleased to announce that these are the winning options that will be used to craft a new story:

1. A male protagonist...
2. ...who is stubborn and bratty…
3. ...is put back into diapers as a punishment by his…
4. ...wife/partner at…
5. ...a school or university where he is also…
6. ...publicly humiliated.

That does sound a lot like a story I would write, doesn’t it? I’ll be working on that story in the hopes of having it available to read at Tier 3 as soon as possible. And, because every one of those options was voted on by you, I’ll be making sure every detail gets its full attention.
