Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!    Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!!Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!!

I really enjoyed this episode Triggers cracked me up so many times. When they were at the wrong funeral, it took a second to click even after hearing a different name and seeing the plane I was still lost lol. I really hope they find a way to get their money back, I won't lie will bother me if the show ends with them struggling and broke trying to teach me some kind of life lesson lol. It won't ruin the show if that happens, because this show is too good for 3 episodes to impact my overall view of it but it will bother me lol. I know the world isn't full of happy endings and yada yada but dammit I want one for the OFAH gang lol.

Thanks for watching folks !!! Hopefully, you all are happy, safe, and healthy !!

As always I would love to read your comments below

Don't forget Del wasn't happy with the money either, he missed the chase!

AWR93

Trigger when he arrives at the trotters flat for a lift to the pub even though he lives closer to the pub than they do! 🤣🤣

Anonymous

Its the karaoke version. 😂

I can't believe how close to the end we're getting. Rare that a show is produced for arguably more than a generation. From 1981 to 2000s is rare indeed. I wonder if you could add Men Behaving Badly to your list of Britcoms.. that went on for six full series plus a handful of specials. There's also Rock and Chips which is a three part prequel to Fools and Horses which may be worth viewing after Fools ends..

Anonymous

Had to walk past the pub to get to Nelson Mandela house too!! lol

Josh

I loved men behaving badly back in the day

ALW

This is kind of what I mean when I say I do like these episodes, but I wish they could have been set prior to last week's finale. That was a perfect happy ending for them whatever happens going forward, and Uncle Albert is of course sorely missed too.

This is one of my favourite episodes, yet it seems to be quite unpopular for some reason. Del was always going to lose his millions. He's that kind of character. Great reaction as always Josh. 👊👍

Keith Pratt

Goldrush wasn't a real show. The rumours were that Del Boy was gonna go on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, but they couldn't get permission from ITV and a fictional show was created instead.

AWR93

Why leave comments if you’re going to be negative all the time?

Only fools and horses has been my favourite of your reactions Josh, it’s such a classic show and it’s one that can be watched over and over and it makes for easy watching on a lazy day.

Mike Doel

I know what you mean about some shows losing their feel, one of the Red Dwarfes does that for me, but it only happens for one of the shows

Anonymous

So fitting that Buster's last act was as Albert sinking his boat 😁

Daryl

Glad you had fun with this episode too. I enjoy them all as well. It will be sad when you've finished. ☹ Maybe you could move Friday Night Dinner into the slot and put the replacement for Saturdays. 🤣 Does it make anyone else's brain itch that it's on the wrong day. 🤪🤣

Sam Reeves

Looking forward to the next episode Josh! It's a classic!

One show that you might want to add to your list Josh is Green green grass, I haven't seen it being mentioned but I might have missed it, It's a spin off of OFAH written by John Sullivan with Boycie an Marlene as the main characters.

I must admit, I enjoyed this a lot more than what I remember from when I first watched it :) I agree that it still has that classic OFAH feel, which is pretty amazing considering it had been running for decades at that point and had had so many gaps between episodes. Trigger had some great parts lol going to theirs for a lift when he had to pass the pub to get there and calling the Mozart piece the 'karaoke version' 😂 oh god Shame we had to say goodbye to Uncle Albert (and Mike) Buster Merryfield was perfect for that part. Whenever I hear anyone say 'during the.....' whatever it might be.. that phrase always makes me think of Uncle Albert lol. I wondered when you were going to catch on they were at the wrong funeral, Josh 😁 great reaction as always, I'm really looking forward to next week's episode :)

I love the French expressions Del keeps coming out with to try to impress people. One of his favourites seems to be “Bonnet de Douche” which translates to Shower Cap. Trigger’s “You put a bit of music on Dave” ? one of my favourites. The pause afterwards, you anticipate something’s coming. “Ain’t there no words to this one Dave” ?

Anyone else think that raquel changed a bit drastically as the show neared its end, she used to be a gentle character, but in the later episodes like these she was borderline arrogant if you get me?

Love this special

(Just) Steve

And now you understand why some people thought it should've ended after the last special when they finally became millionaires! The appetite for more OFAH was just too much for them not to make more episodes though as it and the characters were so beloved by the British public. It's not your fault, as it's probably not widely known outside of the UK, but it was hilarious seeing you look so confused when they mentioned the RAF (Royal Air Force) at the funeral despite Albert being in the Navy. Then you finally twigged they were at the wrong funeral! lol Incidentally I was going to punch someone at my grandfather's funeral because they said he kept talking about the war like Uncle Albert did, but I really did love to hear his stories - even though some of them were rather grim.

Anonymous

that funeral story reminds me what happened to my mate. He was meant to come to my mates house for a house party. ne got there he saw an ambulance outside he spoke to girl crying and said it was Bryan and he hugged her and consoled. He then realised he was at the house and ryan was someone else called ryan

I thought her character hardened due to bring with del for so many years.

David Lyons

Yeah, bit suspicious how the rules just happened to include 3 lifelines, one of which being key to the plot involving phoning a friend!

Anonymous

I don't think it's a spoiler but one thing you need to know before watching the next episodes is that Gary can be a mans name, not just the name of a town. or city I know it sounds odd but there are people called Gary too.

Anonymous

Gary Cooper, Gary Busey, Gary Coleman, Gary Sinise - 4 famous American Garys off the top of my head. It's more common than you think.

Anonymous

i dont know if jonathan ross was scripted to be as unfunny as he is for real or not

Steve King

I'm still in the "Time On Our Hands" should have been the last episode camp, even though a couple of classic moments appeared in this episode and can still think of a few more that appear in the next two. Trigger walking to Del's to get a lift to the pub he had to walk by enroute is such a simple, but funny joke. It's not a spoiler (as it doesn't effect the remaining episodes) that we also sadly lost Roger Lloyd Pack (Trigger) since the series ended.

AfterWorkReactions

I really enjoyed it! I know some people have said they don't like these last few episodes but I think they are still good.

Steve King

In fairness, I suspect John films these the day before so to him it's correct LOL

Manly Stump

I knew that Justin the barrister looked familiar - he was the theatre manager in the Work Outing episode of The IT Crowd! (I'm disabled!)

“What by adding four quid?” Is a personal favourite of mine 😂

Josip Buretic

This episode was hilarious 🤣🤣

Matgo Styles

I prefer to think of these specials as a bad dream, and they're still wealthy people somewhere.

Anonymous

Not sure if it was already mentioned in the comments, but before this episode aired, both Buster Merryfield (Uncle Albert) and Kenneth MacDonald (Mike) had passed away, hence Albert's funeral and Mike's imprisonment.

Anonymous

He literally said people had at the beginning of the video

Kieran B

As you put it these episodes were essentially tacked on at the end, the last episode was the original final episode, I still enjoy them though

John

Them becoming Millionaires in the previous special was the official end of the show, hence them walking off into the sunset. But some years later, the bbc wanted the show back so they persuaded Sullivan to write some more, so these later specials were tacked on. Personally, I still consider the previous episode to be the official end, as that was the intent. These new ones are like an extra that don’t really count.
