So far the plan to work 2 hours per day on MMM is working. Apart from weekends or days when I'm not even home, I managed to sit down and work on this. And I personally think it's already showing.

What I recently did:

Work on SessionMaker

Things are still not done, but Alpha supporters got a preview version last week and I already put in a few hours of bugfixing. We are getting there.

New island scene in the works.

Well, Alpha supporters got a first view on the hub scenerey. It is still missing more decorations, sound effects, and overall polishing, but in general I already like it.

Prepared new version for Alpha supporters

Alpha supporters got their hands on 1.1.11 and I'm already getting things prepared for 1.1.12.

More project planning

I'd like to give people a roadmap of sorts. But while trying to work out how to best do that I tried to clean up my project and tasks in hackn'plan, the software I've been using for quite a while for MMM. I realized I was having a hard time doing that and my mindmap was helping as much as I hoped either. So I did a crazy thing and installed Jira on one of my machines and started adding tasks, epics, user stories, etc. and am not disappointed so far. I will probably keep using it in the future. While it doesn't give me a nifty roadmap feature, I feel like it will make my work just a bit less chaotic. :)

What I hope to accomplish next (this week):

Bugfixing SessionMaker

I'm already fixing the bugs that were reported. Just a few more.

Work on the new scenery

I would like to make the new island scenery as cool as I can. This week I'd like to work on adding decorations, sfx and improve the overall look.

Wireless transfer

This hasn't worked for a while now with the new versions. I hope to finish it this week. This time around I want to make it a bit more versatile, so that users can fix problems if it doesn't work out of the box.

That's the status for today. Please get in touch with any questions or problems!
