ROUNDUP: August, Week 4 (Patreon)

Rather than jumping back into profile picture commissions, I decided it was finally time to clear out my long-term to-do list. I have a few projects and commissions that I said "yes" to months (or even over a year) ago that I'd like to have off my plate, so this week I started chipping away at the first big one. I spent at least twice as much time drawing as usual, but because I didn't actually *finish* the piece, I have nothing all that exciting to share. I did do a quick sketch of Kelda, though! So there's that!

1. Kelda (original character): I've had very little energy for personal work (still, even after a week off) but I had some canvas-textured brushes I wanted to test out -- so I made a 1000px canvas and roughed out a Kelda portrait. I've done so many variations on this same pose, but I don't get tired of it. It's Kelda, after all.

I'm working on another very VERY cool thing that I can't share yet, but it's a cool opportunity and I can't wait to share the results when it's ready.
