Are you following the (extremely essential) chronological watch order? https://www.starwars.com/news/star-wars-the-clone-wars-chronological-episodeorder Due to production schedules and network shenanigans, much of the show was aired out of order so many story arcs were disrupted

Ahsoka is 14 in the start of The Clone Wars. The dynamic between Anakin and Ahsoka is very much brother and sister so that is very spot on in your analysis. Fun fact, Mace Windu and Count Dooku are voice by Samuel L Jackson and Christopher Lee respectfully in this movie played them in the prequels. In the show they are replaced with their current voice actors. Anthony Daniels who voices C-3PO was in the movies and voices him throughout the show. The Clone Wars was once cancelled yeah, then the show Rebels came out and finished. It is the sequel show to Clone Wars that I recommend you should watch after Clone Wars. Then out of nowhere where Disney announced one last season of Clone Wars and finished the series. There is an ongoing spin off show that takes place after Clone Wars called The Bad Batch I recommend after Rebels.

Demon of Empire

There's also another Animated Series coming soon that's apparently in the style of Clone Wars. Tales of The Jedi.

This movie gets a lot of flak but I have a big soft spot for it. Anyway time for some star wars play by play. First we got introduced to ahsoka tano. Ahsoka is a newcomer who, judging by her reverse grip, is a beginner in form 5 shien. Shien is an artform created by the Jedi in response to battlefield necessity. It is characterized by swift counter attacks, targeted blast deflection and its trademark reverse grip. Ahsoka’s fight with the magnaguards is a good example of orthodox shien technique. I would rank her current skill as tier 6-C. A highly gifted trainee with a lot of potential ahead of her. Meanwhile we got Obi Wan Kenobi and Asajj ventress. Obi Wan is widely regarded as his era’s reigning master of Soresu, the third form of lightsaber combat. Soresu is an all defensive fighting style that is characterized by tight efficient bladework. It is said that a true master of soresu can wade through a rain storm and not get wet. Obi Wan himself can allegedly block up to twenty lightsaber strikes per second. This combined with his mastery of ataru and his keen tactical mind makes him one of the most deadly combatants in the galaxy. On the opposite side we have Ventress, a master of jar-kia dual blade fencing. Jar-kia was originally created for use with metal swords but was eventually adopted into the formalized study of lightsaber combat. Ventress combines this with her masters favored form makashi to quite a devastating effect. Her lightsabers actually originally belonged to dooku’s original apprentice Komari Vosa and feature curved fencing hilts and an interlocking mechanism. I would rank Obi Wan as tier 2-b and ventress as tier 3-A and consider both are fair competition for some of the all time greats. Finally we got Anakin Skywalker and Count Dooku. Skywalker is debatably his era's reigning master of Djem-So and shien. Djem-so shares shien's focus on counter attack but differs in a number of ways: While shien is circular djem-so is linear, while shien is fast djem-so is strong, and while shien is focused primarily on blast deflection Djem-so is focused primarily on deuling. Skywalker himself is noted for his own modifications of the forms resulting in incredible output in speed and strength. Dooku on the other hand is undisputedly his era’s reigning master of makashi. Developed during a time when blade to blade battles were common, makashi was derived from old fencing styles and focuses exclusively on blade to blade combat. While it lacks the versatility of other lightsaber forms, a true master of makashi is said to be unbeatable in the realm of lightsaber combat. One final thing of note dooku’s lightsaber follows a curved design which is ment to fit better in the palm of the hand and provide more leverage on one handed attacks making it an ideal design choice for Makashi or Djem-So specialists. I would rank Anakin as tier 2-C while Dooku is tier 2-A. While Skywalker is undeniably one of the greats of his day he is held back by a number of tactical factors and has yet to come into his own. Dooku meanwhile has the skill of a tier 1 but is held back by a number of factors most notably his age.
