Lucy sacrificing Aquarius, is 1 of the saddest moments in this ARC, but you are right this wasn't a "death" so keep your bingo card out even tho I am 1000% sure the casualty isn't even in your Bingo card lol

Can't really say what happens to Aquarius after this. To summon the King there is a hefty price and taking the key to a Nurse Joy character to fix up would cheapen the sacrifice.
