Oracion Seis translates to Six Prayers, so there is a religious influence but I don’t think it goes as far as each of the Seis represent a religion.

One interesting thing to keep in mind, the Guild Master of Blue Pegasus, Bob, used to be a Member of Fairy Tail. So the Boy Band and Ichiya belong to a guild that was instilled with the same values as Fairy Tail and have historically been closely tied.
