Lots of work still ahead, but I booked a stay at the Fort for the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World in October. :) :) :)

Excellent! We'll be at The Fort in September. Sorry we'll miss you! Enjoy it!

Oh that's awesome! I'm so jealous - I love WDW in the fall (Food and Wine festival - slightly less searing temperatures). Who knows - you might even be able to go up in the Balloon at Disney Springs!!

Hmmm. I’ve never even named a child, much less a vehicle. Just have never been into anthropomorphism. But…the only name you’ve had for a vehicle that said “Yes!” To me was Tater Tot—perfect combination of the size of the vehicle and your love of tots. So…think about your loves, the purpose for your purchase… What comes to mind is “Lite” something—because of your affinity to Bud Lite, and the campervan’s purpose for “lighter” trips. I’ll start the brainstorming session (no judgement allowed in these sessions): Lite Bud/Buddy; or Buddy Lite; or Cat-R-Mer-Van. Not just a name, but a message. Try for something for as fun and appropriate as Tater Tot. That was spot on.

That’s great! Maybe we’ll see you again at TT 😊

Never been there but it's on my list for sure. Can't wait to see how they celebrate 50 years.

I was just thinking about booking something. D23 Gold Members are getting a chance at some reservation opportunities to the Contemporary Resort in November. The whole booking your resort, passes, and lack of access to the Magic Kingdom during the 50th anniversary is confusing and disappointing. There are so many other things to enjoy, I get it, but being locked out of booking the Magic Kingdom? I don’t know about that.

Sounds great, but man am I old. I vividly remember when that park opened! I was a teenager (just barely)...
