The effects of a magical meal typically last 8 hours or until you consume another magical meal, whichever comes first. A creature that consumes this meal gains the following effects for the duration. The potency of the effect increases with the rarity of the meal.

Required ingredient: phial of polyhedrooze ooze (blood)

Immediately after you take damage, you gain resistance to that damage type for the next minute. The number of resistances you can have from this effect simultaneously increases with rarity. When you are at the limit of resistances this effect can sustain, you can’t gain more.

Other Ingredients. This recipe has an additional effect from fat, which scales with rarity (see Heliana’s Guide to Monster Hunting, page 143).
