The effects of a magical meal typically last 8 hours or until you consume another magical meal, whichever comes first. A creature that consumes this meal gains the following effects for the duration. The potency of the effect increases with the rarity of the meal.

Required ingredient: dramholder subeye (eye)

You can cast the daydream spell once, without requiring any components, and regain the ability to cast it this way after 1 hour has passed. The DC of the saving throw increases with rarity.

Other Ingredients. This recipe has additional effects from blood and heart, which scale with rarity (see Heliana’s Guide to Monster Hunting, page 141).
