Loot Tavern is 1 years old! (Patreon)

Greetings Patrons

First, let me start by telling you how much I am grateful for you being part of this adventure ! It is now 1 year since the Loot Tavern was born! And boy has it grown, from a humble single story to a sprawling interdimensional tavern. And it’s thanks to each one of you.

I want to use this special occasion to show my appreciation and also let you know about what’s coming next!

1.Kickstarter Book giveaway

As some of you may already know, we’re working on an exciting book of Monster hunts, harvesting, and crafting, with a ton of player options and goodies.

As a way to show our appreciation, we will be dropping exclusive and/or early access content for you to enjoy .

2. New Tier

We're introducing a $15 tier to help us compensate the person that will be converting all the hunts to Foundry. Supporters of this tier will receive the hunt one shot in Foundry-VTT-ready format. There's no point in each one of you doing the conversions yourself; let us do the heavy lifting!

The exact launch date of this new tier isn't set in stone but will go live in 1-2 months (when the hunts are nice and playtested!).
N.B. The PDF Adventures will continue to be available for the $10 patrons as usual!

3. Release Schedule
We're changing the order in which we deliver items. So far we've been using Instagram, Reddit, and Discord as proving grounds for the item's mechanics. We're changing this to involve our patrons more and to reduce the time from the initial show to getting it on Patreon.

Here's how it'll look:

1. Day -7: The tinkerers, Humperdinks and I will decide which items we're gonna write and draw, and get to work.
2. Day 1: We post the item mechanics in the workshop channel on discord for the tinkerers to pick over, find fault with, and help us refine.
3. Day 8: We post the item to reddit as a second-stage proving ground and advertising
4. Day 15: We post the item and art to Patreon, Instagram, and Pinterest.

This means from when you first see it, it'll be 2 weeks to Patreon. From when it first hits social media (i.e. reddit) it'll be 1 week.

4.Compendium.

We've got the compendium set up and are making headway on filling in all the missing items. We really wanted to make the whole thing look nice but it was a real time sink for us! So, with your support, we've hired our buddy, Jelke, formerly from Tavern of Trinkets, to help do the beautiful watercolour arrangements for each page.
