Good luck with the new start!! p.s. main vid related: I had the privilege of working with JBL's VTX (A12 + B18) system in the past, and I must say after working with that system I fell in love with JBL! They just seem to know what they're doing, down to the finest detail!! And the sound that came out of those 24 subs and 32 line array speaker (16 on each side) was just a dream, shaking you to the core!!

I dont know how Aussie rules are for "commercial" properties. But I would just make one side my studio and nugget storage. and the other side I would finish into a nice flat to move into. Where I live, you cannot live in a commercially zoned property
