Additionally, since work in this strange time is a bit odd, I thought I'd like you guys in on exactly what sort of stuff goes on behind the scenes. We only charge for things that you can watch and be entertained by such as recording sessions and previews, but this is the sort of day-to-day work that goes into making content:

This video is pre-production work I did today for episode 7 of UBW:A. It's not my dull workday since I only thought to record about halfway through. It is sped up to 8x speed and covers about four hours of my non-stop workday. It's not glamorous, but this is the kind of things we do. In particular so much time had to be spent isolating faces because UBW:A has insanely movement-heavy animation and fog effects that most series don't have, so to avoid tone issues and speed up actual editing we create slates like these to use quickly before we even get started. It's also a stage where we find solutions to moving frames, blocked animation, unclean shots, etc. Not all channels have the same workflow but I put a heavy emphasis on pre-production so actual editing goes smoothly.

I might start recording my workdays more often so you guys get an idea of what they look like and what you're supporting. An average workday for me (Logan here, hey!) last about eight or nine hours unless I'm really in the thick of something like sound design in which case it can last longer.
