My American Horror Story article is out today and I'm REALLY excited about it!

I'm someone who's always been pretty obsessive about tv shows. And, as someone who often likes things that are not terribly popular, that definitely meant a number of people telling me to shut up about them already. I was obsessed with x-files in the way only 11-12 year olds can be obsessed with things and x-files didn't become popular till, like, its third season, so a LOT of people just thought I was a weirdo (and they weren't exactly wrong.) But they *were* wrong to be mean to me about it so now I'm happy to say "SUCK IT, HATERS! MY NERDERY HAS PAID OFF!"

But, honestly, it's even more gratifying to realize that something I do naturally and have always felt a little embarrassed by, is actually useful and valuable. Unlike the other articles I've published, where the details of them felt so mundane and easy I'm still a little confused when people seem impressed by them, I really feel like I put a LOT into this essay. So I hope people like it. And I hope I don't get death threats from Trump supporters.

Anyway, I'm SUPER proud of this article and really excited about getting paid to write about TV I would obsess over anyway.
