They actually filmed a lot of this in Kansas City, where I live. I remember them shutting down part of the highway I take to work to film. I like to joke that they didn't have to do a whole lot of sgi considering how dilapidated our infrastructure already is. Lol We have (on the Missouri side) maybe the worst roads in the US, if not in the top 5 worst.
