Klaus hiding his worry for Elijah behind anger is so heartbreaking. That moment he admits to Freya that the reason he had said no to getting Elijah's memories back was to protect him gets me every time. He loves Elijah so much, and yes he's angry at this version of him. He HATES the version of Elijah without his memories. But he loves his brother more than almost anything. He doesn't want to destroy him. :'( Hope deserves so much better than what she's got rn. The Hollow really just destroyed her life and I hate it. She deserves to have both her parents, she deserves to be able to be around her Dad without having to worry that they're gonna destroy the world. And Hope saying Hayley would hate this at her funeral! Back in S1 Hayley literally said that if she died and people threw a party she'd be pissed. (Which, totally agree...) Of course Elijah is resisting too. It's not even just about Hayley. There's so much pain behind that door that'll just be thrown at him. 1000 years worth of painful memories. Betrayal, murder, abuse, loss, grief, love, family. All of it. Hayley is just the most recent addition... :( The thing I find kinda ironic is the whole thing of Elijah apparently having loved Hayley for longer than Antoinette. Because if you do the math... Hope is 15. Elijah loved Hayley during her pregnancy, then there were the 2 years before the Mikaelsons were put in that sleep where Hayley was married for most of it and he was with Gia for a bit, but they still loved each other, then he spent 5 years in the Chambre De Chasse, (obviously still loving Hayley, but not able to be with her...) so that makes about 7 years. Which is the same amount of time he's been with Antoinette... Now, obviously Hayley meant SO MUCH to Elijah. And if Elijah with memories had to choose between them he'd always choose Hayley. But I just find it funny that Antoinette said something about "all the years he spent loving Hayley" as if it was so much longer than he's spent loving her. His family, yes, of course. That's 1000 years. But Hayley and Antoinette, basically the same amount of time... 🤣 And I feel for Antoinette. Because she is innocent. She doesn't agree with her Mother's opinions, she didn't want any of this. But she's the one being punished for it. (Which is ironic because if anyone tries to punish Hope or Klaus' misdeeds everyone will be so angry because it's not her fault.) So glad Keelin showed up too. Freya needed her. She puts everything on herself and Keelin is someone who puts her first. <333 Poor Declan though. The fact that no one told him SUCKS. :(

I like that you bring the Antoinette point. To me she’s a female jackson. Great person to their core and wanted what’s best for who they love but also don’t want to loose them. Not sure why so many people dislike her to me she treated Elijah with a lot of care and respect that I’m sure was what helped Elijah survive those 7 years (which the timeline you brought up of her and hayley with Elijah was quite mind boggling as well😂)without his family not to mention she was a victim in her mothers plan not a culprit. I actually really liked her like I did with Jackson just obviously there was a better ship 😅. And agree klaus has come so far and crazy that even with the death of hayley he can put aside that Elijah doesn’t hold as big of blame as many give him because klaus knows the reason why he chose to erase his memories and knows if it was the brother he knew he’d given his life without a second thought for hayley or hope the brotherly bond between klaus and Elijah even when 1 of them isn’t for the bond is always an amazing constant in this show. It’s always Elijah protecting klaus, klaus protecting Elijah or both at the same time!
