Can’t wait for next two episodes

That moment with Klaus and Vincent is so beautiful and it makes me cry too! Vincent HATES the Mikaelsons, he has not tried to hide that fact ever. And he outright said he hates Klaus most of all just a few episodes ago. And then here he is telling him Cami would be proud and not actually taking pleasure in the thought of being the one to kill him. And I love how quickly Klaus decided to sacrifice himself to make sure Elijah was safe. He really has come so far. Like, he's always loved his family. But I could not see Klaus from TVD or even early TO being so willing to sacrifice himself to save them. He would've tried to come up with so many other ways to save them, ways that meant he got to live and stay on top. But he's really got to the point where he is just not willing to let anything happen to any of them, even if it means sacrificing himself. And it's not even just that he's willing to sacrifice himself. It's that he also then trusts the others to get it done without him. He TRUSTS them to save Elijah and defeat the Hollow WITHOUT HIM! That is HUGE! And he approves of Keelin! I LOVE that moment so much! I hope Freya realises how big that was. He not only approves of her, but he trusted her around Hope. That also shows a lot of development on his end. I feel SO bad for Hayley though, in that scene where Klaus decides to sacrifice himself. She JUST got them all back. She just spent 5 years trying to get all the Mikaelsons back and she literally just succeeded, and then suddenly Elijah is dying and Klaus is deciding to sacrifice himself to try and give them time to save Elijah and take down the Hollow. And so poor Hayley is stuck with that fear that she might lose them both again. The scene where Freya is trying to figure out if Elijah is in the Pendant gets me every time too though. Just all their reactions to the whole thing. Freya trying her best, but also really struggling because she's terrified of losing her brother, but really trying to stay focused. Klaus completely freaking out because he does not know how to live without his brother, so he lashes out at Freya. And Hayley in tears but really trying to calm Klaus down and keep Freya grounded and encourage her. And then Hope coming in and helping Freya find Elijah. And that glimpse at what's going on in Elijah's mind. The Red Door. That's not good. Poor Elijah... I am SO glad that they never just kinda swept the Red Door away and forgot about it though. I love that ever since they first revealed it to us, it has been a HUGE part of Elijah's character and just so important. It's something that is just SO interesting to me. The idea of him repressing his memories like that for so long only to suddenly have that door forced open so he remembers everything, but it IS still a place in his mind. Elijah really does have so much depth as a character and I love it. I really do feel for Freya in that scene with Vincent. Cuz he IS right. At the end of the day, they were willing to sacrifice Davina to a TERRIBLE fate to save their family and she was SO young and compared to them so innocent. But they're not willing to sacrifice Elijah to save everyone, and he is SO old and has lived hundreds of lifetimes and is far from innocent. But Freya spent 1000 years longing for her family, wanting to get back to them. Elijah was probably this light to her because Esther was pregnant with him when she was taken and so Freya knew about him but never got to meet him. Then she finally finds them, and she's had 5 years with them and she's not ready to lose any of them. She's just found them. Because the thing is, she and Vincent have different views on what it means that the Mikaelsons have been alive 1000 years. To Vincent it means they've lived so long and hurt so many people in that time, they've lived their lives and it's time to let others finally live theirs. But to Freya it means they've lived 1000 years and she spent all that time alone wishing she could be with them, they've lived 1000 years of pain and they're finally at a place where they can just be a family and she gets to be with them. It's sad, because I TOTALLY get both sides there...

Vincent’s scenes in this episode were elite! The more I re watch this show, the more I tend to side against the Mikaelsons and understand all those who oppose them. Lol

John Walker Is That Dude

If Vincent didnt manipulate Davina with the prospect of bringing Kol of she became regent that was the only reason why cuz she never cared about the witches including the one who opposed the harvest.
