Catastrophe and the Cure

Dan enlists Julian to help in his search for Nathan, who is in dire circumstances, and Mouth puts Clay in the picture about Nathan, while Haley explains Nathan's disappearance to Jamie. Meanwhile, Karen's Café may be empty, but Brooke has a flash of inspiration about how to bring patrons through the door. Elsewhere, Chris Keller confronts Chase about Tara.

It really came out of nowhere, but it just works for some reason... Though I have to ask... Dan said he'd give anything to hug his sons again... Has he ever actually hugged his sons? I can't remember... Haha (Though it is nice that he says sons... He realises he's fucked up with Lucas too and he actually does seem to regret that finally...)

I'm pretty sure there is quite a few things that Dan regrets at this point in time lol This might be unpopular in a contemporary time that diminishes the value of fatherhood(imo)...But there are a lot of ways to show affection besides hugging, it's not to sound matcho but a son and his father definitely don't 'necessarily' have the tactile connection you have with a mother...And because you don't get hugs from a man definitely doesn't mean he doesn't love you-It's always different from my own experience anyway. I never hold against my father the fact that we don't hug and cuddle all the time because at the end of the day from man to man I know he's the person who will always look out for me and has my best interest at heart no matter what and can offer sound practical guidance over emotional support(which is where my mother fits in)...All of that has been highly questionable with Dan in trying to project onto Nathan his own aspirations and failures etc lmao But you get my point...
