As the wedding approaches, Brooke tries to connect with Sylvia, while Julian looks for his best man at a guys' poker night. Meanwhile, Nathan struggles in his new job, while Haley's counseling abilities are challenged, and Skills returns to town with a new friend.

But also, something I absolutely love is that the show doesn’t shy away from bringing up Nathan’s shitty behaviour before he met Haley. They have Mouth tell the story about Nathan punching him in the face, and have Nathan actually apologise. They had him outright tell Jamie last season that he used to not be very nice. It’s just something I appreciate. That they never forget that Nathan wasn’t always this great guy, he had started down the path of becoming Dan and was very much emulating his behaviour before Haley helped him work through that and change to be the better man he became. It would just be so easy for them to never really acknowledge it, to just kinda forget it. But they don’t. They’re very aware of who he was, and how much he changed. And they never had Nathan shy away from letting people know of that. He never hid behind shame of who he’d been, he faced it and acknowledged it and was honest about it. And I love that.

The opening scroll this season just consists of cringing until it's over while reminecing on how the original opening song is way superior hahaha They're trying to lend a new flavor of the song of the episode and none of them stick it's sort of hilarious hahahah
