Answer: Sam has a bag full of dragonglass on him. That dagger was just handy in his belt. He showed it to Gilly in an earlier ep.

Hi, I'm new and maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I can't understand why I can't match the time of your episode with mine. Every time I find the right timing, my episode goes faster than yours and after a few seconds I find myself again with the dialogue a few seconds ahead of you. (obviously it's not a playback speed problem, I've already checked). Sorry if my English isn't perfect, but I'm not native English.
