R.I.P. Yoren yes, he was a cool character; but also R.I.P. Lommy. He was much more innocent. They don't run out of characters; in fact they often introduce two new ones for every one they kill off! Margaery Tyrell is one of my favorite characters. I also like Renly. He is a decent person. But Margaery especially is interesting to me as a talented political player without being evil. So glad you're enjoying the series.
