I always loved how these shows introduce a "one-note" character, but over time you realise how much depth is in them all. Look at Cordelia for instance, and now we see more of Wesley. He is actually one of my fovorites, for many reasons. And yes, even having watched this episode a number of times, it is still one of the more shivery ones.
