Klaus in Alaric's body is so hilarious to me!! Matt Davis did a good job. Can't wait for you to meet the real Klaus!

Bonnie couldn't do much with her powers, because Klaus had to be fooled, he shouldn't know what she is capable to do. By the way Bonnie Damon ship is called Bamon, everybody loves their interactions, in that dance together they had some chemistry for sure, but Damon has chemistry with just about anybody. Oh my... Damon dancing it is life!!! Ian can seriously move, he can be sensual and funny at the same time; he’s got some power on the dance department. I must say Matt Davis did a great job at impersonating Klaus, I love his Klaus very much. Damon is the man of the statements of the century, “I will always choose you”. It is pretty obvious that he will not let Bonnie die, but he wanted to let Elena know the extent of his devotion, which is more than just say “I love you”. And at this point if I had to bet on Stefan or Damon to keep Elena, or anybody alive, I would bet on Damon. He get things done, no matter what, because at the end of the day, as you so cleverly got it, he is a man and Stefan is a boy, and that is the key for understanding the two brothers and all future events. Stefan got it and hit home harshly, he didn’t like it, and his face spoke volumes. Elena got it too, but she isn’t willing to take any chances. That is why she went to awake Elijah. I cannot wait to see you meeting the real Klaus.

Damon Bonnie shipname is Bamon and I love their interactions but I never shipped them romantically. I just wanted them to be bffs. And we all know who Damons soulmate is and it aint Bonnie so...

I wasnt even the slightest bit worried when Bonnie "died", it was very obvious that it was a plan of hers and Damon to let Klaus think she had died since Damon wants her to kill Klaus Klaus and he wouldnt let her die to kill fake Klaus. So I was 0% worried.

I've never been with shipping Bonnie and Damon. The way the show has set the characters up I don't see any "romantic" chemistry. It's a hard no. Friends? Sure. Lovers? Nah. I'm not really into shipping like that anyway.

Interesting thoughts. I have to say, I think I would bet on Stefan to keep people alive. Only because I feel like Damon has this sort of selfishness where he only cares about saving others if it has to do with Elena or someone Elena loves. Obviously there’s some exceptions and changes with that as the show develops. But out of both brothers Stefan is the one who from the very beginning of the show, didn’t want anyone to die. He cares for everyone and would do anything in his power to save a life. Obviously minus his ripper days. But I love being on here and hearing different opinions!

The scene of giving the house to Elena was funny. And it was really childish of Elena to force Damon to agree to her terms. After all, it is obvious to everyone that if he wants to do something – he will do it. As they say, the first word is more valuable than the second. And Damon's first word was a clear and confident "No," and his second was a forced "Sure." But watching Damon, Stefan, and Elena was funny. And it's also remarkable that before leaving for school, Elena waited for Damon's consent, not just Stefan's.

Matt Davis famously played the role of Klaus. It was so weird to look at the interaction between Katherine and Klaus in Alaric's body.. Great actors in this show. But, how does the movement of Klaus in another body? He can compel others, but he can enter the house uninvited. You can justify it with a witch's spell, but still ... I wonder how the writers would explain it. Alaric/Klaus dancing at the disco was great. It was so strange to watch. I'm used To Alaric being quiet and withdrawn, and this is such a pirouette. I wonder if Dana really thinks Alaric is a hot guy, or if Klaus made her say it.

Another great dancer at this party is Damon. I love how he was able to distract and cheer Elena up in such a nervous situation. Elena even dared to flirt with him a little. It's probably nervous, too. 😄 He also managed to dance with Bonnie and a group of girls (which made even Bonnie smile). There's something about Damon that makes people feel comfortable around him, despite all the terrible things He's done. Alaric, Jeremy, Bonnie… All of them are drawn to it, even if they were enemies in the beginning.

«I will always choose you». This is almost an open Declaration of love. Like in the song "I will always love you". Even more than a confession. And they both know it. Sofie, you took what I wanted to say right out of my mouth. It's all so selfish and selfless of him. On the one hand, he is willing to sacrifice everyone for her life. On the other hand, he has nothing to gain from it except the knowledge that Elena is alive. How he said that he would even let her hate him. I think it's okay to choose the person you care most about. He and Bonnie don't have a relationship that's strong enough for him to stand up for her. What if a person faces a situation where they can't save both of them? Almost everyone will fight for a loved one. Otherwise, both will die. Today was a choice, and Damon and Bonnie came up with a plan to keep her alive. But what if there is no such choice? What would Damon do? What would Stefan, Bonnie, Elena do in his place? Sofie, thank you very much! I was really looking forward to this reaction. And it's amazing!

I feel like you're confusing stefans compassion for weakness, he is very much like elena being he will put everyone's life above his but when it comes down to it he will do what needs to be done.

By the way, Ian in his interview about dancing, said that Damon is such a bad dancer. I wonder why he thought that? Did he even see himself from the outside? I don't know how Ian dances in real life, but in the show he looks quite plastic and his dancing is good. Here's a tiny snippet from his interview, without spoilers. Not at all I've never said that Stefan is week. I didn't mean that he's weak when I said he's not tough. i mean by ''not though'' that he has a gentle caring heart. he's a person who can't bare hurt Elena's feelings even for a short period of time. so you can see that I used the term not tough as empathy and compassion.

Wow Sofie I lovee you’re reactions soo much. Late to watch it just got done with my friends wedding hectic 2 days. This was definitely the break I needed. You’re so funny. I ship bonnie and Damon as well that’s why for me this episode is one of my series favourite and watching Alaric as klaus is just so hilarious. Damon dancing with Elena, Bonnie and specially those 2 girls man oh man what a treat. I can’t wait to watch episode 19 with u 😍

I don't ship Damon and Bonnie, because I never saw anything romantic between them, but many people do. I think there might be a lot of places a possible partnership/friendship would go.

I know you have reached far enough into season 4 that this won't spoil anything now. I don't think many pick up on the masterpiece that is the Dance Scene in this episode. It is one of the best uses of foreshadowing that is done and should be appreciated for the masterpiece that it is. First, the dance sequence, we see Stefan and Elena dancing, when Caroline shows up, so he passes Elena over to Damon so he can go and and talk to Caroline. In this we see Elena and Damon dancing, while Stefan is dancing with Caroline. The key to all of this is the song that is playing, Last Kiss during this entire sequence. This song tells the story of how after a car crash a man loses his lover when she actually dies in that car crash, and he gives her last kiss. So Stefan passes Elena over to Damon, forshadowing everything that takes place at the End of Season 3 and Season 4. Furthermore, it also predicts, the end of Season 2 in the opposite direction of the song, when Elena thinks Damon is dying and she gives him his last kiss, her future lover. It's just one of the most beautiful and best pieces of writing I have ever come across the complexity of the scene and how it all ties into future events.
