Changing how sketch requests work (Patreon)

As of August onwards I'll take sketch requests in two separate ways:

1) Polished requests

- At the beginning of the month, I will make a post asking for requests, with guidelines
- After a week, I'll make a poll listing the requests, and you can vote for the ones you'd most like to see me do
- I'll do the top-voted requests
- My goal will be to spend an hour or more on each request, so they're a little bit polished and I get to experiment with interesting compositions, colour schemes etc.
- I will stream drawing these requests (and upload timelapse videos upon completion)

2) Warmup request pool

- I'll make a second post asking for warmup sketch requests, with guidelines.
- You can leave one request in the comments of the warmup sketch requests post.
- This request should be simple (or rather, it will end up simple when I draw it eg. if you ask for your roleplaying character I will probably draw them shoulders-up)
- Occasionally, when I'm warming up, I'll grab one of the requests and quickly sketch it (this will not be streamed)
- I'll make a monthly post sharing any warmup sketches I've done, and will remove these requests from the pool
- Requests I didn't draw will remain in the request pool, and might be drawn next month, or the month after that.
- Once there are no more requests in the pool, I will make a new post asking for warmup sketch requests, which everyone can leave one comment on, and we start over :)
